14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address].
How to Initiate a Return
Send an email to [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. For large or heavy items (such as weight racks or gym benches), we will arrange a pickup — please contact us to coordinate
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons:
- Resistance bands
- Foam rollers
- Massage tools
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
